Allium tuberosum
A favorite perennial herb to establish in your garden. Similar to chives but with wider, flat leaves and a fresh garlic flavor. Incredible added to cream cheese for a fancy spread, chopped fresh to garnish soups and dishes, and scrambled with eggs. Dry leaves to preserve for winter consumption. Also known as Chinese leeks. Original seeds obtained from Native Seeds/SEARCH.
