Bouquet Dill

$3.95

Anethum graveolens

Days to Maturity: 70-90

Classic dill, perfect for dilled pickles, herb butter, dilly beans, dilled carrots, yogurt dips and more. Plant directly in ground after all danger of frost has passed. It can handle lower temperatures, down to about 25F. Dill can be harvested throughout the season for that delightful, garden-fresh pick-me-up. Pollinators love dill, and Monarch butterflies like to lay their eggs on the stems! It's good to tuck away the dill between taller plants so the birds don't eat all the growing caterpillars (as we learned last season!).

Planting Instructions: Plant Dill seeds in early spring, 1/2" deep. Thin to 12" apart.

Seed Saving Instructions: Collect Dill seeds when seedheads are fully dry, brown and crumbly. Dry seeds on a screen or cloth. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location.

Approx 100 Dill seeds per packet
