Petroselinum crispum
Classic culinary herb widely used in salads, gremolata, parsley sauce, soups, stocks, alfredo, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. High in Vitamins C, E, A and iron. Will tolerate mild frosts so leave in the ground for late-season harvests and a fresh crop in the spring!
Planting Instructions: Start in flats and transplant outdoors or direct seed outdoors after all danger of frost has passed.
Seed Saving Instructions: Collect seeds when brown and they easily crumble into your hand. Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
