Green Nutmeg melon is a sugary sweet and delicious green-fleshed melon with a beautiful netted skin. HIGHLY prolific! You will have your fill and plenty extra to share. Luckily they are still tasty even when slightly overripe! Quite fragrant. A reliable heirloom variety.

Planting Instructions: Start Green Nutmeg Melon seeds indoors 3-5 weeks before last spring frost and transplant outdoors after all danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed. Or sow directly in the ground in well-draining rows with seeds spaced 12" apart. Do not overwater.
Seed Saving Instructions: Choose fully ripe, tasty fruits for seed saving. Dry seeds on a screen or cloth. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location.
