Planting Instructions: Plant beet seeds 1/2"-1" deep, 6-12" apart in spring. One seed produces multiple plants so thin as desired. Cold tolerant.
Seed Saving Instructions: Beets are a biennial which produces seed the 2nd season. Allow stalks to bolt and go to seed in spring. Collect seeds when fully brown, dry and crumbling. Store Beet seeds in a cool, dark and dry place.
